I Will Create

• Original characters (OCs)
• Fanart
• Anthro / Furry
• Feral characters
• Mild gore / blood
• Couples / multiple characters (additional charges apply)
• NSFW (at my discretion, additional charges apply)

I Won't Create

• Hateful or discriminatory content
• Real people without their consent
• Anything illegal
• Complex mechanical designs (mecha, vehicles, etc.)

If unsure, just ask!

• Work on the commission will only begin when full payment is received in $USD. For commissions exceeding $500, a 50% before/50% after agreement may be made at my discretion—this must be mutually agreed upon before payment.
• Tips are appreciated but do not alter the service provided nor my obligation to you.

• Work-in-progress (WIP) images will be sent at various stages. You may request reasonable changes—what's 'reasonable' depends on the commission scope and work completed. Major changes may incur additional charges at my discretion.
• After sending a WIP, I am not obligated to wait for a response before continuing.
• An approximate delivery time will be provided, but this is not a binding deadline. You'll be notified of significant delays. Delays will not exceed 60 days—if exceeded, you're entitled to a full refund.
• Upon completion you'll receive: full resolution PNG, a web-friendly copy (under 10MB), and a square headshot for profile use. No physical product, but you may print for personal use.

Alterations

• I will execute the commission to the best of my ability. If you provide references, I may make minor artistic alterations to improve quality. Major design changes will be discussed first.
• Edit requests after final delivery will likely be charged unless trivial (under 5 minutes).
• I am under no obligation to provide further alterations or service after the final product is delivered.

The Artist (Tyler Flar)

• Retains all copyright over the commissioned artwork
• Does not claim ownership of your intellectual property (IP)
• Will not profit further from the artwork or your IP
• Reserves the right to post artwork online for marketing and gallery display

The Customer (You)

• May upload and display the artwork online in any capacity
• May not profit from the artwork unless commercial use is agreed upon
• Retain the rights to your IP
• May not alter the artwork except cropping (signature/credit must remain visible)
• May not claim the artwork as your own creation

• Refunds are available only at my discretion and may be refused for any reason.
• If I am unable to complete your commission, you will receive a full refund.
• Refunds will be paid directly—do not use PayPal chargeback.
• If you request a PayPal chargeback, I will assume full rights to the art and IP and may profit from both with no credit to you. The chargeback will be disputed.
